We may block access, ignore submissions, or take other steps we consider necessary if these terms are breached.

Form submissions are offers to start a conversation, not contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. Submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The required contact permission allows Stephen to respond to the request you submitted; it does not enroll you in a newsletter or ongoing marketing program.

The design, original text, logos, and other original materials on this site are owned by Stephen Schacher, Beck Real Estate Ltd., or their licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy the site as a whole, use our branding without permission, or present our content as your own.

Our aggregate liability relating to the website is limited to fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50), except where Alberta law does not allow a limitation (including liability for fraud or willful misconduct).

This section does not affect rights you may have under a separate written representation agreement.

You agree to indemnify Stephen Schacher and Beck Real Estate Ltd. against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Calgary, Alberta, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect listing data or intellectual property.
